ELECTROLYTE TABLETS

Electrolytes are important to your body function all the time, but during endurance and extended exercise the body will burn more minerals and saltsthan usual.

If you train in warm climate or warm weather it is essential that the drink you cosume contains these salts and other minerals to replace those that you are loosing, Water alone can actually do you damge and increase the amount of salts lost. If your electrolyte levels get to low, the more likely you are to suffer muscle carmps and stomach cramps.

Electrolyte tablets are an easy way to ensure you are replacing all the correct minerals and fluid you are loosing.  Just drop them into a bottle of water and wait a couple of minutes as the tablet dissolves. Often these tablets are fat free and aid as part of a weight loss routine as well.
